Shipping

We ship as soon as possible within 2 business days. At this time, we ONLY ship within the United States. Tracking information will be sent to you at the email address you provide during check-out.

Experiencing Delays During Transit; Delivered status but unable to locate it- please be patient during high volume times, contact your local postmaster and/or online shipment tracking.

You are responsible for providing a current and valid shipping address. We will not be held responsible for missing, lost or stolen items when in transit or delivered.

If we receive an order Return to Sender, we will make atleast (4) documented attempts to contact you with the contact information you submitted while purchasing. Thereafter, we will began taking steps towards refunding your purchase ONLY if your beadwork within the shipping package has not been tampered with.

For any disputes regarding shipping damages, we will review your claim via email ONLY with supporting photos attached and within 48 hours of delivery. This does not guarantee you will receive a replacement piece of beadwork.

No refunds, alterations, or exchanges will be made
once payment has been submitted.
